The PCR program was the following: 95 j C for 3 min 30 s (denaturation, activation of polymerase, measuring of well factors), 40 cycles of 95
j C for 15 s, 67jC for 15 s and 72j C for 20 s. All reactions were performed in triplicates and in at least three 10- fold dilution steps of template DNA.
