Poh Piah filling is made from finely cut yam beans, pork, shrimps and crad meat. Then the filling is wrapped into a roll with a Poh Piah sheet which is a soft, round-shaped, paper-thin pancake made from wheat flour. To wrep a Poh Piah, we first lay out a Poh Piah sheet. Then a lettuce leaf and some mungbean sprouts are placed on the Poh Piah sheet. A spoonful of cooked yam beans is placed on the bean sprouts. Fried bean curd, sliced pork, shrimps, crabmeat, fried onion flakes and a kind of Chinese sauce are added. Then we fold the Poh Piah sheet to from a roll.
