Performed experiments and tests show that the proposed
solution is a viable solution for standards-based high performance
sensor and actuator platforms. The proposed architecture
can be used in applications that require a high
level of mobility with requirements on small size, low power
consumption yet the need to be able to communicate with
standard consumer products and services. Two application
areas; personal safety and security and vehicle testing, which
both require a very high level of mobility is presented as
use-cases, and the results are mapped toward these cases.
