On a sheet of paper, make two columns. on the top of one column, write the word "Problem" and the other "Solution". Then write in the "problem" column those things that you feel are holding your back or are problems in you professional and/or personal life. In the solution" column'writ down potential solution to each problem. In some cases you may find that you are really writing down just thoughts than true solutions, but those thoughts will help you find a solution to the problems.
