Packaging materials
Four different packages were evaluated with regard to their potential effect on milk quality during refrigerated storage.
The four packages included: (a) a 1l clear PET bottle + UV blocker bearing a transparent label made of PP film, 350–400 μm in thickness, (b) a 1l clear PET bottle + UV blocker bearing a white colored label made of PP film, 350–400 μm in thickness (c) a 1l clear PET bottle, 350]– 400 μm in thickness, and (d) a 1l PE coated paperboardarton (PE/paperboard/PE), 450 μm in thickness used
