group works together. This involves encouraging communication among team member,
solving problems, supporting or mentoring individual team members, dealing with conflict.
The group leader is the link between the group and other groups within the organisation.
They are responsible for reporting on the group’s activities and coordinate the activities of
your group with other groups in the business. Your responsibility is to support the leader
and help make their job easier. Also, if you need any help with your work, or you are
concerned about anything, your group leader is one of the people you can go to.
