At the Time 2 follow-up,
respondents were asked to indicate the extent to which they had
eaten foods low in saturated fats (e.g., low-fat dairy products, fattrimmed
meat, and mono- and poly-unsaturated oils) during the
past week. Responses for both time-points were rated on a 7-point
scale, ranging from 1 a small extent to 7 a large extent. To increase
the reliability of the behaviour measures at both time-points, a
memory prompt required participants to complete a checklist
indicating their food consumption (including eating foods low in
saturated fats) during the previous month/week, respectively.
