• Supports the Senior Technical Development Manager on Team Tapioca innovation initiatives
• Help to drive new product development and scale up of tapioca and other starch based products inherent to Thailand in Food, Paper and Biomaterial to support accelerated growth.
• Enables new product introduction through enhanced application of existing technology and novel processes to meet identified customer needs
• Support the development of capability in Process technology for the wider team through knowledge transfer, education & application of knowledge from Ingredion network
