Why you should get up early
Every day you know you should get up early. It is good way for your health. It has three thing support the reason. Eat breakfast, receive good atmosphere and have time for exercise.
If you wake up early you have time for eat breakfast. Celes said “Eating breakfast is like starting your engine. If you don’t have breakfast, your engine has not started.” Therefore, I think it important because if you don’t have breakfast you will not have energy.
In the morning air is fresh and more oxygen. It lowers your blood pressure and releases the harmful carbon-dioxide.
