The beauty clinic introduced itself to Russian tour agents at OTDYKH International Russian Travel Market–Leisure 2014 in Moscow last month.
Managing director Methasit Rojrungvarid said We Care Clinic saw great potential in attracting Russian tourists, as they were trendy and liked to look after themselves.
Russian women visiting Thailand should find time for spa and beauty treatments, he said.
The clinic has spent 20 million baht on its fourth branch, located on Pattaya Klang Road, due to open on Nov 9 and aimed at welcoming Russian customers.
It expects to serve at least 2,000 Russian clients next year and 2,400 in 2016.
We Care Clinic plans to double its revenue growth from 20% in 2013 to 40% in 2015 after tapping the Russian market.
Pattaya is a popular tourist destination for Russians.
Last year, the number of Russian tourists to Thailand surged to 1.74 million, up from only 187,658 in 2006, thanks to an increase of flights to the country.
Russian visitors stayed an average of 15 days and spent 4,620 baht per day per head, contributing 123 billion baht in tourism revenue to the Thai economy.
Russians have been offered free 30-day visas upon entering Thailand since March 2007.
Several Russian travel agents expressed interest in the beauty clinic at the travel fair in Moscow, as it is the first beauty clinic in Pattaya to focus on the Russian market.
It believes about 50 tour agencies will select beauty treatment programmes at We Care Clinic and put them in their optional packages for Russian tourists.
"We were surprised when a Russian woman walked into our clinic in 2012. After that, the number of Russian clients increased from one person a day in 2012 to 10 per day this year," Mr Methasit said.
When asked how they heard about the clinic, the new customers said they saw recommendations on social networks in Russian mentioning the clinic offered reasonable prices and good treatments.
The average treatment price in Thailand is similar to Russia, but beauty technologies and products here are more modern.
The customers said in Russia they must make an appointment at least one month in advance before a treatment but in Thailand could walk in and receive a good treatment.
The most popular treatments among Russian clients are Botox, filler and Mesotherapy treatments.
