Responsibilities:
• To implement Talent management by identifying Talent, provide intentional development for Talent.
• To lead the Performance management processes including communicate the Annual Performance management calendar align with APAC calendar throughout the organization, monitoring the overall objective setting, provide training session/consulting in order to build manager and employee capability in Performance management, facilitate calibration process and link the Performance result to reward.
• Provide consultative support to ensure effective execution of talent Management, Succession Planning and Performance management. Ensure the design and implementation of career development tools and processes for various levels across the organization.
• To support the APAC Center of Excellence: Enterprise Talent Development’s projects.
Experience & Qualification:
• Sex: M/F, Age Required: over 35 years.
• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Development, Business, Public Administration.
• At least 6-10 years’ experience in HRD, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a Supervisor or Manager Position.
• Strong leadership and able to work under high pressure.
• Good command of English. Good computer skill (MS. Office) .
• Good interpersonal and communication skill including conflict management and problem Solving.
