Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the engineering team to design / modify / improve /innovative the machines, equipment and production processes.
Build maintenance team to work with efficient for target achievement.
Ensure effective Preventive Maintenance plan and adequate spare parts supply.
Develop the processing lines by developing the automatic machines to increase productivity.
Drive safety into working place and machine designing and drive also energy saving program to reduce factory energy cost.
Improve practice of Repair & Maintenance quality for food safety (machine related parts).
Ensure safety practice of the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree of Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical
Experience in Maintenance or Engineering Management in any industries, Foods is preferable.
Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill
