The Borrower shall open and maintain savings accounts and current accounts dominated in Baht and any other currencies to be agreed between the Borrower and the Security Agent (acting on the instructions of the Required Lenders) (the "General Accounts") at the Account Bank. So long as there is no Event of Default, the Security Agent shall transfer or credit all funds in the Revenue Accounts, and the Borrower shall credit all Advances drawndown under this Agreement (other than (i) those designated for license fees to be paid under the License Agreement which shall be transferred to the VAT Refund Account after all Project Costs have been paid), paid­ up capital and premiums when due and proceeds from the Subordinated Loans to the General Accounts
