ABSTRACT
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the being of learning organization of schools under the office of secondary Educational service 21 perceived by school administrators and teachers classified by work experience and school size.
The sample consisted of 112 school administrators and 310 teachers selected by stratified random sampling. The research instrument for collecting data was 5 rating-scales questionnaire with the reliability of 0.96. The data were analyzed by using Statistical Package of the Social Sciences (SPSS) for frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation,t test, one-way analysis of variance and difference test by Scheffe method.
1. The being of learning organization of schools as perceived by school administrators and teachers were at the high level in both overall and all aspects.In the comparison, for overall and all aspect were statistically different.
2. The being of learning organization of schools as perceived by school administrators classified by work experiences, were at the high level in both overall and almost aspects,In the comparison organization system of over 10 year experience school administrators were not statistically different.
3. The being of learning organization of schools as perceived by school administrators classified by school sizes,were at the high level in not both extra large overall and almost aspects except the organization as yercieved by the small school administrators and extra large school administrators were at the highest, In compartion for overall and all aspect level were not statisticcally different.
4. The being of learning organization of schools as perceived by teachers classified by work experiences were at high level for overall and were not both overall aspects In comparison were not.
5. The being of learning organization of schools as perceived by teachers classified by school size were at the high level in both overall and all aspects.In compartion and the aspects of learning,Organization System and member system were statistically different.
