This section is not solely from perspective of the writer but from
1. Participant evaluation during or after the event
2. Organizer perspective (Program Manager and me or Dr. Pratap (if could be) should be included)
3. I would like to give guideline that it should be divided into 2 main sections:
- Activity management or how to organize the event (what went well/what we initiate and could be shared with other HUN for their consideration for organizer improvement, lessons learned/needed to be improved.
- Participant reflection (discussed as same topics as as activity management)
