In the first part of the dispute resolution process it is your job as intervener to adjudicate the dispute over Keepingup. It is an adjudication not a negotiation. The parties each have four minutes to make submissions to you, and it is up to you as intervener to make a binding decision on the merits of the case, with short reasons, on whether Sirichai or Natcha should get full possession of the dog. In terms of the relevant professional rules you may not share Keepingup or introduce any creative variations but simply award it to one or other party. Nor may you disclose the outcome to the parties.
