Swimming is the best sport
Swimming is one of my favorite sports it is the good exercise. It very easy to practice and it will lose the weight easily. After swimming it makes me have more benefits and refreshed. In addition, swimming is not same with other exercises; it makes the muscles in my entire body. Not only strong muscles but also burned many calories. There are many benefits of swimming. Firstly, swimming makes me have a good health and good shape. This sport have to use every muscles in the body, so it makes strong muscles power and increases the level of physical activities, it also helps to keep joints flexible, especially in the neck and shoulders. Secondly, swimming is an effective exercise to lose weight. It expends many calories without high impact on joints compared with other sports. It makes the calories between in and out always balance, so you would get fit and firm. If you can control the amount of meal it makes more effective to lose weight. Lastly, swimming is enjoyable activity for me and others. I can spend my time with family and friends. The cool water makes me feels great and relaxed. Spending my time with swimming in the summer session is very happiness. In conclusion, swimming is one of the best exercises to make all body workouts and easy to practice.
