Identify training needs/requirements assessment process to ensure all developments meet with the corporate needs
Effective HR departments help line managers match employee skills to job requirements.
To do learning need analysis, align with company strategies and provides appropriate programs for employees
Publicize and update L&D Calendar and rollout L&D interventions.
Implement annual training roadmap & calendar and design training curriculums to align the identified needs with the forecasted budget
Implement and monitor cross-training and multi-skills training programs and all kinds of developmental programs
Select training vendors to meet the corporate’ s requirements in the most efficiency cost
Be a trainer as assigned
Implement performance management program to ensure that KAL employees complying to business plan through best practice sharing by People development department
Monitoring personal development of organization talent management (OTR) in talent group (talent in Management and emerging talents)
Contribute and/or create company communication and activities are building employee engagement
To manage and update training record in L&D system, training satisfaction after training class, number of trained staffs, train the trainer and etc.
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management or any relate field
Experience in Training and development, capability building and organizational development work at least 3-5 years
Experience in working in a multi culture setting
Excellent organizational and coordinate skill
Good English Language Skill

Training and Development
Establish short-term and long-term training and development strategies for company so as to align with the business need.
Identify human resources training gap based on the effectiveness of demonstrating Core Leadership Competencies and the developmental plan of each associate as stated in the individual’s performance review
Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training and development programs for managerial and supervisory staff, its subsidiaries including implement caster training to meet business unit’starget.
Be responsible for organizational development initiatives including conducting job analysis projects, developing and reviewing job competency models, developing and implementing interview guides for selection process, and executing competency-based performance management.
Performance Management System
Work on competency based capability development programs.
Implement and support succession planning process. With a primary focus on assessing skills & capabilities, develop requirements, and define the appropriate training curriculum & workshops (i.e. action learning, business workshops and/or e-learning).
Share PMS learning’s – Feedback / surveys & chalk out clear action plans
To provide training & refresher workshops related to PMS and Support Employee Engagement Survey.
Internal Communication
Plan and organize regular staff committee meetings and all staff communication and activities.
Schedule and monitor the production of staff newsletter quarterly.
Prepare and submit Financial Plan for the training and communication activities and periodically critique the progress against plan and actual to ensure effective results
Develop new learning media/activities such as e-learning, edutainment, on-screen helper, etc.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or higherwith professional training in Human Resources or Training spectrum.
Minimum 5 year's solid experience in HR or OD, previous experience in a services company or holding company is preferred. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Thai is required.Male or Female, 32 - 40 years old
2+ years experience in managing training team (knowledge in insurance/credit products is a plus)
