It has been very nice to meet you today.
And the idea of how to be happy - is good - and it conclude that big happiness is not something we can find, but we have to do our own 'homework' and after that - the big happiness will find us.
It is about taking some responsibility.

I am told that this sentence was teh reason why Lord Buddha invented his Buddhism, to reduce people's suffering.
