filtrate varied between 17.65 and 54.84%, decreasing by w75%
against G. zeae.
F. oxysporum and R. solani mycelia grew slowly and became
infertile and with abnormal thicker hyphae than that of the control
when the CHM1 culture filtrate was added to PDA medium (Fig. 1).
G. zeae mycelia also grew slowly and the protoplasm of the sparse
hyphae agglomerated and more septa formed than of the control
fungus.
