Recruitment is a basic activity within the management of human resources. The influence
it exercises over the whole organization, is mostly important, because it can brings lots of
advantages it goes hand in hand with professional criteria. It can also bring lots of losses when an
elementary principle is not taken in account; it is about the principle of placing the right individual
into the right place. In order to respect this principle recruitment is achieved by two means:
intemal and external; most organization combines these two sources together.
