I'm still in awe when I see it in my garage; anticipating warmer weather. It's different for me to just buy the bike in this modified state - I'm used to doing all my own mods - but had a kid and not much time for the garage work right now - so I'm stoked to be able to get this.
I have been able to get to a couple of things though. After I got it home, Kim sent one of his new pinner cleaners and Willis bolts which immediately went on. The rear tire's tube fell apart on the way home - so changed that out. Relocated the vacuum solenoid & re-routed the choke line to clean up the carb top area + added a Biltwell ripple carb top. Milled the fins and polished the rear master cylinder. The only outstanding winter work is to re-coat the exhaust (wot rides across Iowa got her a bit hot & pitted) & do the winter maintenance. Man this winter can't get over soon enough...
