2.2. InstrumentationThe
study was carried out on a Varian®Pro Star HPLC unit con-sisting of an online degasser, column oven and UV–vis detector.Signals were registered using a Star®800 Module Interface Boxand processed using Galaxie®Workstation software. Signal quan-tification was carried out in the peak area mode. A XS104 MettlerToledo analytical balance was used to weigh the analytes for thepreparation of stock solutions and calibration standards. All sol-vent evaporations were carried out in a TurboVap®LV AutomatedEvaporation System.
