Before proceeding to the determination of parameters, let us illustrate how our plan will be operating. Suppose that the
parameters are chosen as n = 10, ka = 0.64 and m = 3. Because m = 3, we may resubmit the lots up to two times, which means
that we may apply the plan three times at maximum. First, from the submitted lot 10 items are sampled and calculate C^ pk.
Suppose now that C^ pk = 0.62. Then, this lot will be resubmitted and another sample of size 10 will be chosen. For the second
sample, assume now C^ pk = 0.68. Then, the lot will be accepted finally. If C^ pk for the second sample and the third sample were
smaller than 0.64, the lot will be rejected.
