- Ensure all time delivered to the account is accurately logged in Claim and remediate anomalies
- Meet productive utilization target
- Provide and improve process efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
- aggressive transformation within delivery team so as to be lean, efficient, out of the box thinking and yet delivering highest quality of service to the customer and giving the customer’s experience an unique one - thus advocating the notion of being ESSENTIAL to the customer
- helping and working closely with the Engagement team (Base growth included) to help grow top line revenue in compliance to our business controls guidelines and in balance of calling out delivery risks appropriately; support Cloud growth when needed
- SO team will continue to work on programs including but not limited to Delivery Excellence, Global Resourcing (RM), automation (especially accelerated tools deployment), WWI focus and execution, standardization, IRM optimization and productivity initiatives.
