According to the LSmeans the FBs containing the highest concentration of fibres and no addition of lime flavour was evaluated highest in “Unfresh aroma” (Fla0Fib1 LSmeans = 9.22 and Fla0Fib2 LSmeans = 9.23) while addition of lime flavour clearly counteracted the perception of “Unfresh aroma” caused by the fibres (e.g. Fla2Fib2 LSmeans = 2.85, Fla1Fib1 LSmeans = 4.58; and Fla1Fib2 LSmeans = 5.55).
