Use of the organization character analysis to:
1) Give the current state of knowledge by a general explanation that lacks scientific precision
2) Must see the heed for understanding a firm’s personality, explain behavior as well as to understand the ideas and people compatible with the organization
3) The investigator should avoid criticizing organizational arrangements until able to explain the reasons for their existence and view them in the context of other related activities
4) When one has gained an overall comprehension, narrowed, specific studies can be invaluable, particularly since at that point detailed findings can be made more meaningful by a holistic awareness of the organization
