Bake it in medium oven for 45 minutes.
Blend the egg and half the cheese into the milk.
While it is cooling,peel the potatoes and slice them thinly.
Put the rest of the cheese on top.
Put the potatoes in the dish and season them with the salt,pepper and nutmeg.
Rub a dish with garlic and butter.
Stir the mixture into the potatoes.
Warm the milk to just less boiling point and leave it to one side.
