Let me clarify, in this case rep set case about 10.24 am on May 6, 2014 but on that time we don't have the instrument sitting in the office. Our staff try to contact rep in order to negotiated but rep strongly force us to reach hospital within 4 pm on May 6, 2014. The issue is instrument reached hospital delay 30 mins from rep requirement.
I understand the new regulation given but 2 days in advance and before 2 pm. we may unable to service in every times.
Is it possible to cancelled if instrument not able to be serve as mentioned under the new regulation? Could you consider to decision on this, please?
Another choice is sale/marketing arrange instrument to be consigned at this hospital as to minimize the issue..
