My speech was to reflect all what we are about yesterday and what it means, I also made a point to talk about maybe unfair expectations on the newly trained staff.
That being said , Senior Mgmt and all need to guide and get there hands dirty, as they are ultimately responsible, whilst its new and people are learning, the service direction and food standards , which by the way we hired an outside chef to seedling intern, are still poor, we can fine tune and wait, but we need to start seeing progress.
