Based on Appendix X4 of the ASTM E 1885-97 which provides a means of calculating a confidence level on the proportion of the population that can
distinguish the samples, we can be 95% certain that the actual
proportion of the population that can distinguish the samples lies
somewhere between 35% and 9.2%.
