• there is reason to suspect the assessment is no longer valid;
• there has been a significant change in the work;
• The results of monitoring employees’ exposure (see Step 5) shows it to be necessary.
• The assessment should state when the next review is planned. Records are mainly for your benefit and from part of your system to protect health, but other may want to see them, e.g. safety representatives, safety committees, health and safety inspectors.
