As per a discussion with K. Wisit, TQM agreed to take immediate action as follows:
• Immediate system modification for correct policy issue
• All existing claims are to be handled by TQM with the other insurer
• A solution for previous incorrect policies block is being discussed with TQM by K. Wisit based on advice from A&H.
K. Wisit will provide an update as it progresses.
