We have 5 Sauces for Thai
1) Original Curry Sauce: Used for Fully-loaded Vegetables Curry. Chicken meat curry with roasted onion and tomato paste.
2) Tokyo Curry Sauce: Dry type curry sauce, used lots of minced chicken meat.
3) Hayashi Curry Sauce: Demiglace sauce without hot spices. Rich and natural sweet taste from black sauteed onion.
4) Grandmothers Curry Sauce: Japanese classic home-made style. Based on Hayashi Sauce, added mild Japanese style spice mix.
5) Nabe Curry Sauce: Based on our Original Curry Sauce, added Japanese Dashi soup stock.
