we everytime send our BUP record to NES PIC address informed by your side
as below record
we always request you to be clear the loading position of damaged carton on ULD.
but we never receive this information from your side,
we already request you for ULD break down & report procedure.
(our ULD break down request)
1.ULD condition check as you receive it from terminal
2.as you break down ULD, pls much pay attention to take off material(especially hardboard) by several staffs.
(pls do not take off material by one person only because of possiblity to attack inside cargo by hardboard or any material)
3. after taking off all material on ULD, pls make sure to check for the cargo condition on ULD.
--> if you find any irregular, pls take photo record that time, & pls be clear the position of damaged cargo on ULD.
(pls do not unloading it before taking record.)
4. after finish chedking for all cargo condtion on ULD, pls unload cargo one by one, & make sure to check for
all side conditon of cargo.
5. if you have any irregular, pls send us irregular report with record by mail., & make sure to register CIR system too.
as you can see the below our BUP record, our BUP have been operated to protect all NIKON carton for our
improvement BUP scheme.
but actually, it happened the slightly damage at your side,
of course, we make sure to protect any damage for our BUP,
but pls make sure to follow of ULD break down procedure at your side firstly, & report us it with irregular record.
actually, it is not clear for your ULD break down situation at this moment.
as for the below damaged record, which place does it taken??
if it is taken record at NES SIN logistic warehouse, how about the cargo condition at NES import CFS ??
we understand ULD break down at NES import CFS, & then transfer to logistic warehous floor.
