Three Women, Child Wounded In South
Three women and a 14-year-old boy were wounded when armed men opened fire on a karaoke bar and detonated a motorcycle bomb in Muang district of Narathiwat province on Wednesday night.
Police said the attack occurred about 6.50pm on Khok Khian road in tambon Khok Khian.
Wounded in the explosion were three female attendants of the karaoke shop – Samran Thongbai, Thipsuda Sajjawa and Phetmani Chanthaburi – and 14-year-old boy Suhajorawan Jeso. They were admitted to Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Hospital.
Police said the motorcycle that was used to carry the bomb was stolen from Rangae district in Narathiwat in 2011.
