As you known the internet service in our building has experienced intermittent prodlems making service less than desirable
We have taken steps to steps identify these problems and correct any problem being caused by equipment or users in the building .
The first problem is a complete slowdown of the bandwidth our system was capable of providing we do not want
The second problem is being unable to connect to the internet the cause we believe are routers being improperly installed in comdo's. Ti 's important you never connect any of the LAN ports fore your router to the wall jack the wan port sometimes labeled internet is the only port that should be connected to wall jack if you have a private adl line never connect any of the LAN ports to wall jack the port labeled adsl sometimes.labeled line on your router should be connected to wall phone jack only
