Missing or invalid bank account information You must have valid bank account information in your seller account before you can be paid. If you have recently added or updated your bank account information, there is a mandatory 3-day security hold before any changes take effect and transfer of funds can be initiated.
• Invalid credit card information You must have valid credit card information in your seller account before you can be paid. Your credit card may be charged for selling fees if you have a negative account balance at the time of settlement.
• Negative or no account balance You do not have any funds in your account balance to transfer, which can result from selling fees or product refunds.
• Funds held in your seller account You have funds that are being held in your seller account to cover potential or existing buyer disputes, chargebacks, or A-to-z Guarantee claims.
• Shipment not confirmed You must confirm shipment to be paid for an order.
• New seller If you are a new seller, review the settlement process and make sure you have a positive account balance, and valid bank account and credit card information in your seller account.
• Seller account under review If your seller account has been placed under review, a temporary hold will be placed on your funds until the account review is complete.
• Suspended seller account If your seller account has been suspended, review the appeal process, create a Plan of Action, and send your appeal to Amazon.
