The antimicrobial studies of the isolates were determined by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method [1,5]. Muller Hinton agar (MHA) plates were prepared at least 24 hours before used. 50 μl of prepared antimicrobial agent was pipetted onto sterilized paper disc (6 mm) and allowed to dry for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile, each of the plate was swabbed with the respective isolate and Escherichia coli and Bacillus cereus were included as control.
