Got this feedback from our warehouse, crack / split of Cranberry coated in milk chocolate. Initially, we’re thinking this aspect is a minor quality defect which we would accept and sell it.
However, to anticipate any customer’s feedback so we shall understand clearly the potential cause of this aspect. Could you please explain us its potential cause?
Also, any possibilities to avoid this aspect from the production?
