Job Details :
- Demonstrated verbal Thai and English language fluency sufficient to comprehend and participate in AC training and procedures.
-Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of customer service and respond promptly and effectively to customer concerns or issues.
-Thai language proficiency includes excellent verbal
-Uses smart phone, tablet;
-Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, verbal or schedule form
-Isolate and identify gaps and errors in systems functionalities, processes or programs, and escalate to management and AC as appropriate.
-Ability to proactively identify problems by monitoring trends, and/or through reporting analysis.
