I have not seen your role are affected with supplier / customer because to give right information and honest with them will be make them to trust do business with us.
- What are the supplier / customer expectations from my role?
True information, honest for do business.
For supplier : they need to know right information to be able support our request.
For customer : they need to know right information or honest for the recommended from us when they need help.
- What are the problems I have in performing my role?
We can not "WIN"
-when we can not get right information from Supplier/Customer.
-Get the surprises (Ex. the sample quality and shipment quality is difference, or shipment date be changed from the previous advise.
- How could adopting the Playing To Win principles assist in reducing problems and delivering greater value to our suppliers / customers?
Should request arrival date to supplier in advance(around 2 weeks) from customer request, and if can not commit with customer request must to inform what we can do the best for customer.
- What, if anything, might I need to change in the way I perform my role?
nothing to change
but I would like to propose to Evaluate the performance with supplier and Customer Evaluate us about service, performance of work, delivery, quality etc.
