The schematic drawing of experiment set up for the design of the planar electrode plasma model experiment is illustrated in Fig.1. The experiments were conducted in the room environment. Argon gas form gas cylinder tank is controlled by pressure gauge and fed through the acrylic plate to copper plate cathode. Two copper plate, with 45 ×55 millimeter and 3 millimeter in thickness were put between two acrylic plates, with 70× 70 millimeter and 3 millimeter in thickness, by having an acrylic plate with 45×55 millimeter, and 2 millimeter in thickness partition between two copper plates. The below acrylic plate have drill three holes.
The schematic drawing of experiment set up for the design of the plasma jet (Coaxial Electrode) model experiment is illustrated is Fig.2. Argon gas fed through the acrylic tube to copper rod. Acrylic tube with 6 millimeter in diameter and 200 millimeter in length, and the copper rod with 1 millimeter in diameter and 150 millimeter in length inserted into the center of acrylic tube and is also hooked by the plastic cork as an anode. The designs of the copper ring-shaped with 1 millimeter in diameter are hooked together by the plastic cork on the stand and base. The copper rod tip is shorter than the end of the acrylic tube.
