Senior Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities
• Perform the duty according to company standards.
• Setting company sales budgets taking into account our growth expectation.
• Creating and implementing a 5 year sales and marketing strategy for the company.
• Controlling sales organization planning and development.
• Setting objectives and communicating to the sales team.
• Ensuring continuous improvement in relation to customer satisfaction as well as maintaining and developing relationships with key personnel of key customers within the region.
• Coordinate work process or project both in domestic and overseas.
• To actively seek out new sales channels and participate in sales.
Qualifications
• Male or Female, age 35-40 years.
• Bachelor’s-Master’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing.
• Ability to think ahead, pre-plan, and be flexible.
• Having applied knowledge of ICT, modification of existing equipment and new equipment additions.
• Experience in Area Sales Management at least 10 years is advantage, prior experience in industry, government section and/or sales is preferred
• Hands-on experience in management troubleshooting is essential
• Have a strategic approach and mindset.
• Self-Starter and fast learner. Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Clear communicator in English, excellent presentation & negotiation skills with the ability to demonstrate industrial tool solutions effectively and confidently.
• Ability to drive a car and work in upcountry
