•Interface with other groups of production support
•Responsibility of lines safety, application of emergency plans, safety rule application
•Responsibility of quality and production of leaded shift. Keeping of order, cleaning and department safety conditions.
•Take active role in team development with three priorities:
•Training and development: Ensure that all associates are trained to common standard for their job and that opportunities for development are actively sought for high potentials
•Develop and maintain high moral in the team
•Confirm timely and accurate delivery of all time and attendance data to HR team to avoid delays and errors in payroll
•Ensure that the assets, personnel and infrastructure in the area actively manage to increase/optimize the output and efficiency of process
•Manage department assets and personnel to improve key performance indicators
•Manage staff to ensure each process is correctly documented personnel are correctly trained/retrained, constantly monitor and improve the installed processes and procedure to maximize performance and eliminate system weaknesses
•Maintain high standard of 5 S own areas, actively promote improvements in cleanliness, standard work and visual management
