These are consistent with Good (cited in Somranjai, 2009) and Sikao (2008), who regards that accomplishment can be evaluated or measured values from the test. Another, the features and capabilities reflect the success of teaching in various subjects which can be measured in test scores from the theoretical or practical (Arunmit2009). Furthermore, Dana (2010) describes that the knowledge, abilities and skills have been developed from teaching various subjects which can be from benchmarking tool for studying or training. Finally, the knowledge can be occurred from many factors that must not happen from the testing. According to Boonpukdee (2009), the achievement of learning can be an excellent of observation.
