• Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Human Resources Management, or any related fields
• 3-5 years' vast experience in recruitment, training and development
• Good knowledge and practice of training needs analysis and identification, training execution for operational employees
• Good knowledge and practice of recruitment management, sourcing strategy and interview techniques
• Good command of English with computer skills (MS-Offices applications)
• Result focus with excellent interpersonal, service minded, coordination, planning and organizing skills
