After 7 days of storage, mesophilic counts for batches B (P = 0.008), C (P = 0.008), D (P = 0.008) and E (P = 0.008) were significantly lower than those for batch A (control batch), while batches G (P =0.008), H (P = 0.032) and J (P = 0.008) had significantly higher mesophilic counts than batch A (control batch).
