Glucose and FAN production from enzymatic hydrolysis of food waste
The performances of glucose and FAN productions in the food waste hydrolysates with mass ratios of 5–15% (w/v) were shown in Fig. 1. Both glucose and FAN production increased with food waste mass ratio increased from 5% to 15% (w/v) and the maximum glucose concentration of 46.11 g/L and FAN concentration of 467.9 mg/L were achieved at the food waste mass ratio of 15% (w/v).
