I have sent a log from Firewall to a SmartConnector(PC) for sent to ArcSightExpress.
In weekend my customer has been shutdown appliance ArcSightExpress without stop service connector on ArcSightConnector.
Findings:
- 100% CPU consumed by Java™ Platform SE binary
- Restart Windows service (ArcSight…) waiting 5 minutes cpu still not decrease and tried restart windows system back up and running as normal.
